Overview:
To provide excellent guest service through deli department activitiesPay starts at $15 / hour
Responsibilities:
1Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests2Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing)3Maintain product level, quality and freshness4Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area5Communicate guest requests to management6Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor7Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times8Perform all other duties as assigned by management9Performs front porch duties to insure guest arrival standard is maintained10Announce specials and sale info on the PA system11Assist in product receiving and storage
Qualifications:
1Friendly, outgoing personality2Ability to work well with others3Ability to lift 25 lbsconsistently and 50 lbsoccasionally4Ability to read and understand information and direction5Effective communication, guest service and selling skills6Must be at least 18 years old7Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
