Duties - Conduct guided tours for visitors, providing them with an informative and engaging experience - Lead groups of varying sizes through designated tour routes, ensuring their safety and enjoyment - Share interesting facts, historical information, and anecdotes about the tour site or attraction - Answer questions from visitors and provide additional information as needed - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the tour Experience - Previous experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Excellent public speaking and communication skills to effectively engage with visitors - Ability to educate and entertain guests while maintaining their interest throughout the tour - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with a diverse range of visitors - Strong leadership skills to confidently guide groups and manage any unexpected situations that may arise - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors - Time management skills to adhere to scheduled tour times and ensure a smooth flow of operations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change, with additional duties assigned based on organizational needs.
